Client Relation Officer
This is a full-time on-site role for an Client Relation Officer at The Visa King Documents Clearing, located in Dubai. The Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, follow up on leads, answering queries from clients, closing sales, arranging payments and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Roll Description
- Knowledge about UAE Visa Processing is a must
- Online sales experience is a Must
- Work experience at Travel agency or Documents Clearing Company in UAE is a plus
- Customer Service, Communication, and Sales skills
- Professional attitude with a client-first approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, sales, or related field
- Strong networking skills and ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to team goals
